Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at wesmcg@easternarchivals.co.uk. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is approved. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fees (Large Format Prints)
Due to the specialist handling, inspection, and repackaging required for large format prints, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all A2 and A1 size orders that are returned.
This fee reflects the additional costs associated with safely handling oversized artwork and will be deducted from the refund total once the return has been approved and inspected.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wesmcg@easternarchivals.co.uk so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
United Kingdom & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees where applicable. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
